Tariff and Terms.

If an additional single bed is required, a charge of US $25.00 per bed per night applies.

We are able to offer different rates depending on season and occupancy. There is a minimum stay of 4 nights Please enquire.

Breakfast and lunch or dinner (including all beverages) will be charged at cost (including transport) and receipts will be provided. You can find our reservation terms & conditions here...

Payment Policy.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable when you confirm the booking. The deposit can be paid to the villa owner’s UK bank account by electronic transfer or by debit or credit card. Balance payment will be due to the villa owner’s UK bank account 60 days before booked arrival date in Sterling. Service charge at the rate of 10% of the total value of the booking will be added to the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy.

30% deposit is non-refundable but can be used against a future booking in the event of an unavoidable cancellation.

Cancellations notified within 5 weeks of the arrival date will be liable to a further 50% charge of the total booking fee. Cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival or cancellations notified within 7 days of arrival date or no shows will be liable to 100% charge of total booking value.

We recommend all guests take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen claim.

We accept Sterling and US Dollars.
